1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 662brt website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://662brt.vip.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds credited to a User's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives granted to a User subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on any game, sports market, or other gambling activity offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time-sensitive matters on this Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are binding from the moment you click "Register" or first use any service on the Platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.

662brt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 662brt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use 662brt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 662brt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended Account on the Platform.

662brt may request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. 662brt accepts no liability for losses incurred by an ineligible person who misrepresents their eligibility.

4. Account Registration and Management

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — may each be closed without notice, and all associated balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify 662brt promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected]. 662brt is not liable for any loss arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify 662brt immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 662brt will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

662brt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time; the Platform will display the current list of supported methods at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless a higher minimum is stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 662brt agrees otherwise in writing for operational reasons.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 662brt may request identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before releasing funds.
• 662brt aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. However, processing times may be affected by bank or payment provider procedures outside of 662brt's control.
• 662brt reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or temporarily suspend withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• All amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Any funds deposited to the Platform that remain unplayed and unclaimed for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Clause 11 below.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

662brt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless 662brt explicitly permits the stacking of multiple offers.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.
• 662brt reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them if it reasonably determines that a User has abused a promotion, engaged in arbitrage betting across multiple offers, participated in collusion, or exploited an error in the Platform's bonus calculation.
• Bonuses may be withdrawn from your Account if they expire before the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 662brt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Users.

7. Rules of Play and Betting

All games and betting markets available on the 662brt Platform are governed by the specific game rules published within each product. By placing a Wager you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general rules apply across all games and markets:

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed bet is only permitted where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or cancel function before the relevant event or game round concludes.
• In the event of a technical fault, server failure, or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the certified game server record. 662brt's decision as to the correct outcome is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 13.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by product, market, User, and promotional period.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all ICC tournaments, are subject to additional integrity rules. 662brt reserves the right to void markets, withhold winnings, or close Accounts where match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious betting is reasonably suspected.
• Live in-play betting is accepted subject to price availability. 662brt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice during any match event it deems operationally necessary.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, algorithmic systems, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

662brt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help Users manage their gambling activity. You are encouraged to make use of these tools, which are accessible from within your Account settings after login.

If you believe that your gambling is no longer under control, you should contact 662brt's support team at [email protected] to activate a self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period elected. Further information is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

662brt will not knowingly allow a self-excluded individual to open a new Account or circumvent an existing exclusion. Where such circumvention is detected, the Account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method on record.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or using an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from an identified exploit may be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools in violation of any applicable geographic restriction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software of the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which 662brt offers betting markets.
• Using offensive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language in any communication with 662brt support staff or other Users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, design elements, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of 662brt or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content of the Platform without the prior written consent of 662brt.

11. Inactive Accounts and Dormancy Fees

An Account is considered inactive if the registered User has not logged in and placed at least one Wager within any rolling 12-month period. Upon an Account becoming inactive, 662brt will send a written notice to the registered email address advising the User of the dormancy status. If the Account remains inactive for a further 30 days following such notice, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the full remaining Account balance if it is lower than ৳200) may be deducted from the Account Balance each month until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User logging in.

To reactivate a dormant Account, log in at https://662brt.vip/662brt-login with your registered credentials. If you are unable to log in, contact [email protected] for assistance. No dormancy fee will be applied to Accounts that hold a zero balance.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 662brt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content or service provided on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 662brt shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, interruption to service, or technical failure affecting your gaming session.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 662brt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Gambling involves financial risk, and 662brt accepts no responsibility for financial losses you sustain as a result of Wagers placed on the Platform. You gamble at your own risk.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus calculation, or other aspect of your Account, you should contact the 662brt support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. 662brt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours Bangladesh Standard Time and to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving all required information.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the licensing authority under which 662brt operates. 662brt's decision on all in-game outcome disputes is final where the certified game server record is clear and unambiguous.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

662brt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 662brt is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gaming operator. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents 662brt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its rights.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 662brt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
